Number 27: Experience someone I know being unexpectedly kind to me. COMPLETED

I was going through a bit of a rough time lately with school and pressure and stuff my best friend Ollie cheered me right up. My awesome dad usually does this along with my great sister, but what helped most this time was my friend. This is what they usually what she tries to do anyway, but was was unexpected was how well they know me and it took me by surprise a bit. There are a few other things that took me by surprise with people being nice to me, to mention a few was Ollie’s mum who fed me when I turned up uninvited and a great friend who took me out for chips on one of the worst days of my life. You know who you are ;). So thanks guys, you rock! And also a surprise visit at the hospital. You know who you are too and I can never say how much it meant to me!

#21 Solve a Rubik’s Cube

Okay, I tried…Got pretty far too! But another day maybe… At least now I can change it to, oh maybe 75% done? I got pretty far, but had to use an online one because i couldn’t find my real one haha. This is to show I have actually tried:

Dads' Suggestion

My dad suggested that two of the things I had to add were to go to a blues bar in Chicago and…something i’ve forgotten :S. It was to go to a jazz bar somewhere in America but I’ve forgotten where! I think I might change the ‘visit every continent’ and the ‘7 wonders of the world’ aspirations too, and make them more specific, and things that would be more special to me personally. Instead of what other people would want to see and do. I’ll get on that. Plus had my exam yesterday and I’ve got another one the day after tomorrow. Sigh* Have also been trying to look up some flash stuff for my website, but haven’t gotten too far :(.

Three posts in one day? Hold me back! Only thing is I just realised I’ve put things like “Learn to draw” but it’s just too open. So I’m narrowing them each down a bit. So here are the changes:

11. Learn how to play the guitar –> Finish the guitar book that you’ve got and be able to do all the exercises in it.

Cosplay at Comic Con

I’ve just found out from a friend that the next Comic Con in London is on Saturday 17th of July, and Sunday the 18th. Hope I can make it and rope a couple of friends into joining me. It’d be great to start crossing things off my list, or planning when to do them whilst trying to keep up with the revision.

Friend For Life

My 78th wish was to have a friend for life, and my best friend pointed out to me that I already have one. Instead of crossing this one off however, I told her she could think of one for me to do. The consequences were, however, that she has to put it on her own bucket list…So she said I need to streak and not get caught….O.o…riiiiiight. Trust her to think of something sensible lol! But I'm not one to turn down a challenge...

92nd Wish - Books

I just realised that although I have a wish to see the greatest movies of all time, I don’t have one for books. So I’ve created one as my 92nd wish. I’ve looked around the internet a lot, and found out about this book called ‘How to Read a Book’, where it doesn’t teach you how actually to ‘read’ in the real sense of the word, but how to improve your reading. There’s also a great list of books in the appendix that I’d love to have it as a goal to read. Today I’m pressing on with revision again, and I’m not going to be doing too much towards the list until I’ve gotten my exams out the way. Shame really.

The List Is Coming

I’m going to try and finish the list of things I’d do and post them up here by today. Also watched “The Bucket List” yesterday, which is the basic idea of the list i want to do, except they aren’t things I need to do before I die, just things I’d love to be able to do. The revision is continuing…Fun. Might be catching up with the cousins today, or “The Pests” as we called them after we couldn’t call them “the boys” anymore with the addition of the girl in the family. Quite fancy cooking a cake. mmm, chocolate cake…

Day 2

And on the second day, there shall be revision, seeing as I’ve also fallen slightly behind on my plan already. Whoops. Oh well, I’ll make it up today somehow. My nan’s also coming over, which is great because I haven’t seen her in a while and she really is the best in the world :D. The weather’s also starting to look up, might start running again soon…

6 days until my AS Psychology exam, and then another two until my second. Fun, especially seeing as I’ve got to memorise the vast majority of this hefty book, and my memory has never been great. I guess I need a plan then… Yes plans are good. Right.
